Pixo Tech Ltd ("Pixo", "we", "us"), trading with RR Trading Global Ltd as the app publisher shown on the app stores, provides the Pixo Private Vault app, this website, support channels and investor enquiry services. This policy explains what information is handled, why, and the choices you have.

1. Protection of your private files

Pixo Private Vault is designed to keep your personal photos, videos, documents and other private files secure. Vault content is protected using AES-256 encryption and the access controls you choose, such as a PIN, pattern or supported biometric access.

The contents of your private vault are not shared with Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Tenjin or any other advertising or analytics provider, and are not used for advertising or analytics purposes. We do not use website or support access as a way to view vault content.

Your device's own security, operating-system protections and the access choices you make remain important. No system can promise absolute security.

2. Advertising and analytics

The free version of Pixo Private Vault may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To deliver, measure and protect those advertisements, Google and its advertising partners may process certain information, including:

• Device information, such as device model, operating system and language settings.
• Advertising identifiers.
• IP addresses.
• Advertising interactions, such as ads viewed or tapped.
• Other technical information needed to deliver, measure and protect advertisements and prevent fraud.

Depending on your choices, applicable law and the app's settings, adverts may be personalised or non-personalised. Where consent is required, you will be asked before personalised advertising is used, and you can refuse, withdraw or change your advertising choice at any time in the app's settings. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

Analytics, crash reporting and attribution

We may use the following services to keep the app reliable and understand how it is used:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. It may process app-usage events, device and app version information, approximate location derived from IP address and an app-instance identifier.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — to identify crashes, technical problems and performance issues. It may process crash traces, device state, operating-system and app version information and an installation identifier.
• Tenjin — to measure marketing campaign performance, advertising attribution and app usage. It may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, install and in-app event data.

These services receive technical and usage information only. They do not receive the contents of your private vault. Read their policies: Firebase privacy and security and Tenjin Privacy Policy.

3. Information you choose to provide

We receive information you send to our support or press addresses. Investor enquiries include name, email, telephone, company or fund, investor type, indicative range, country, interests, message and consent records.

4. Pixo SOS™

Pixo SOS™ is designed to help users understand options and prepare reports or requests. It must not ask users to upload unlawful intimate content involving a minor. Details of any information collected are presented at the point it is requested.

5. Why we use information

• To provide the app, requested support and respond to enquiries.
• To show adverts in the free version and measure their performance.
• To fix crashes, improve performance and understand app usage.
• To protect our services and investigate security concerns.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
• To measure website use only when optional measurement is permitted.

6. Legal bases

Depending on the activity, we rely on consent (for example, personalised advertising and optional website measurement), performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating, improving and protecting Pixo, and legal obligations.

7. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app and website, including advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, hosting and communications providers described above. We do not sell your private files. Independent services linked from Pixo control their own information under their own policies.

8. Security and access

Website submissions are encrypted in transit and stored with access restrictions. Authorised access is limited to a business need.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Deleting the app removes vault content stored on your device. You may request deletion of information we hold by contacting us.

10. International use

Pixo may be used outside the UK, and some providers process information in other countries. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data-protection law.

11. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data-protection authority.

12. Age requirements and minors

Pixo Private Vault is intended for a broad audience, including teenagers who meet the minimum age requirements shown on the app store listing, and adults. Users must meet the minimum age set out in the app store listing and any age required by the law where they live. Where the law requires parental consent for younger users, that consent must be obtained. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age, and personalised advertising is not intended for users under the age required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information in breach of these requirements, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13. Cookies and website measurement

Optional website measurement is controlled through Cookie Settings. Essential storage may remember your choice.

14. Changes

We will update this policy when our services or legal requirements change, and show the date of the latest version above.
