RR Global Trading Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the Pixo Vault mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Our Privacy Promise

Pixo Vault is designed to be a private, on-device vault protected by military-grade AES-256 encryption. Your vault contents are encrypted locally on your device and we have no access to them. There are no analytics SDKs and no third-party tracking.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

All vault content — photos, videos, documents, PINs/patterns, biometric tokens — is stored encrypted in the App's private storage on your device. We never have access to it. If you uninstall the App or wipe your device, the data is permanently lost.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal identifiers (name, email, phone).
• We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
• We do not track your location or usage behaviour.
• We do not sell, rent or share any data — because we have none.

4. Permissions

The App may request access to your photo library, camera, storage and biometric sensors. These permissions are used only to let you import and protect files within the App. They are not used for any other purpose.

5. Google Play Services

When you download the App from Google Play, Google may collect installation and crash data per its own policies. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
