Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Pixo Private Vault, Pixo SOS™ and related website services provided by Pixo Tech Ltd, trading as RR Trading Global Ltd (the app publisher shown on the app stores).

1. Using Pixo

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app lawfully on a supported device.

2. Your responsibilities

• Protect your device and access credentials.
• Store and share content only where you have a lawful right to do so.
• Do not misuse Pixo to harm, threaten, exploit or invade another person's privacy.
• Never upload, download, forward or redistribute intimate imagery involving anyone under 18.

3. Pixo SOS™ boundaries

Pixo assists users in preparing reports and requests. It does not guarantee removal, provide legal representation or decide whether a request will be accepted. It is not an emergency service, police service, legal adviser, safeguarding professional or substitute for specialist support.

4. Immediate risk

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency service. Concerns involving coercion, exploitation or a child at risk should be taken to an appropriate safeguarding authority or specialist service.

5. Availability and changes

Features may change as we improve safety, comply with law and respond to app-store or platform requirements. Availability can vary by device, country and age. We will not knowingly describe an unlaunched capability as available.

6. Age requirements

You must meet the minimum age shown on the app store listing and any age required by the law where you live. Where the law requires parental or guardian consent, it must be obtained before use. The free version may display advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Pixo software, branding, logos and design belong to Pixo Tech Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

8. Warranties and liability

Pixo is provided with reasonable care but no digital service can be uninterrupted or completely secure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Ending use

You may stop using Pixo at any time. We may restrict misuse or access where reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
