Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pixo Vault mobile application (the "App") provided by RR Global Trading Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of your device, PIN, pattern and biometric credentials.
• You are solely responsible for the content you store in the vault.
• Because the App stores data locally only, you are responsible for keeping your own backups where appropriate.
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. No Recovery

Because we never receive or store your vault contents, we cannot recover lost data, forgotten PINs or content removed by uninstalling the App or resetting your device.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, branding, logos and design, is owned by RR Global Trading Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RR Global Trading Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
