If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately and give us reasonable time to investigate.
How to report
Email support@pixovault.com with the subject “Responsible security disclosure”.
Include
- The affected app version, device or page.
- Clear reproduction steps and expected impact.
- Evidence that does not expose another person's private information.
- A safe way to contact you.
Please do not
- Access, alter or download another person's information.
- Disrupt services, use social engineering or demand payment.
- Publish details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
We will acknowledge credible reports and communicate next steps. This is not a promise of payment or a formal bug-bounty programme.
