Pixo SOS™ is intended to help a young person understand options and reach appropriate support—not to investigate or replace safeguarding professionals.
Safety rules
- Never ask a young person to upload intimate content.
- Never download, forward or redistribute intimate imagery involving anyone under 18.
- Encourage a safe, trusted adult where appropriate and lawful.
- Direct immediate danger to local emergency services.
- Use specialist official reporting routes suited to age and country.
- Collect the minimum information needed and explain why it is needed.
Important operational note
Age assurance, parental notification, consent, mandatory reporting, escalation, staff training and jurisdiction-specific routes must be confirmed through qualified safeguarding and legal review before launch.
